Berry Petroleum commissioned ACPC to reinvigorate the crude treatment facilities on their lease in the Midway-Sunset field in western Kern County. Utilizing the latest burner technology, Berry experienced lower operating expenses with greatly enhanced control and reduced emissions.

After rebuilding this steam generator, Nations Petroleum turned to ACPC for the advanced control system needed to meet their efficiency and emissions requirements. This 25 MMBTU/HR Nations Petroleum project was fitted with an advanced control system controlling Ultra Low NOx burner technology.

Advanced Combustion and Process Controls was commissioned to provide, and install a Fuel Gas Blending Skid (ME-665) which would blend Socal Gas with the customer Field Fuel streams, for use in the customers steam generators.

ACPC supplied, installed and commissioned the burners and control system on two new PCL 62.5 MMBTU/HR split pass steam generators for Pacific Coast Energy Co. The generators performed on target for emissions and Bbls/D steam output. The steam generators are operating on natural gas and customer-supplied field gas.
